DaniCore is built with a foam core surrounded by loose fill. The cushion can be constructed as both reversible and non-reversible as desired.
This construction is often made with internal channels, the core can be made with a wedge in the leading edge or extra cotton wrap.
The pillow has internal seam with min. 8 stitches per 2 cm, which makes the sewing down and featherproof. This construction is suitable for both back and seat cushions.
Properties:
Seat comfort can be varied depending on the type of foam core and filling. The design with loose filling at the outer and foam in the middle gives a cushion a soft look but a firm sitting comfort. A very durable pillow with a long service life – not least if it is reversible. If the side cushion is fitted with a wedge on the leading edge, where it is most loaded, it will have a faster recovery capability, which reduces the need for cushioning.
DaniTop is manufactured with a bottom in polyether or HR foam which is glued to a top of loose fill. The top is sewn in channels, which gives ample opportunity to shape the pillow’s seating comfort as desired. 8 stitches per 2 cm, which makes the sewing down and featherproof. The pillow is primarily used for seats and is not reversible.
Properties:
The design is perfect if you want a cushion that should not be too soft, but may have the “look” as a loose filling cushion provides a sofa. Using the fill variants, the seat cushion can be manufactured with the desired comfort.
The internal channels prevent the filling from moving, resulting in minimal maintenance.
It is used in the manufacture of environmentally friendly glue without the use of solvents.
